All Pupils are required to:

• To attend school every day unless they are legally excused.
• Follow classroom rules and guidelines.
• Treat staff, other pupils, and members of the school community with dignity and respect.
• Have their own diary and bring it to school each day.
• Behavior that affects other people’s safety such as harassment, bullying, or any illegal activity will not be tolerated at our school.

All Parents are requested to:

• To attend school PTM every month on the second Saturday.
• Parents should check their children’s diaries regularly.
• Change of Name, Date of Birth, and Permanent address of the student will not be allowed at any stage
• If any student runs away without information or if any sudden incident happens then our academy will not be responsible.
• Admission will be struck off if any students will be absent consequently five days without written information
• In case your ward is absent without any written information a fine at Rs.5/-per day will be charged.
• Fee card is necessary for submitting the school fee.
• Payment is to be made by the 10th of every month. In case it is not made by them, then a late fine at the rate of Rs.5/-per day will be charged.
• After the 20th of the monthly payment will be not accepted. You have to submit such monthly payment next month on time with Rs.100/- fine.
• Name of the student will be struck off if payment is not made by the 10th of next month and the student has to take re-admission.
• Fees for May & June will be paid in the month of May, Sept. & Oct. in the month of September, and Feb. & March in the month of Feb.
• Come to school in proper dress regarding any type of work.
• Don’t come to school consuming alcohol & chewing narcotics products.
